Base payment is required upfront, the additional furniture costs will be documented and shall be payed once the home is completed!
As part of the LGBTQIA+ if you are homophobic/transphobic in any way you will be refused and turned away!
If you or your request is hateful, racist, sexist or just rude in any sense you'll also be turned away!
For quicker and easier work, send me as many images or write me as many details as you can, it will save time for both of us!
I will not offer any refunds, unless there is a failure to complete the work on my part!
